Shipping Policy

Orders are packaged and shipped between 1-3 business days via USPS first class mail or UPS ground. Please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information to prevent delays.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping/delivery times. Also, we are currently experiencing high shipping delays during the holiday season.Occasionally, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe, so order as soon as possible to miss the holiday rut. 

Please double check that your mailing/shipping address is correct. Sometimes the billing and shipping addresses are different, so don't forget to double check prior to placing your order. HBCU Legacy Fashion will not be held responsible for shipping addresses that were entered incorrectly at checkout. We pride ourselves in shipping your order in a timely manner, therefore we are unable to make modifications to sizing or shipping addresses after orders are submitted.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will also receive an email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has shipped.
